Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE!! No deposit=No Appointment unless prior arrangements are made. Balances must be paid Cash or Cashapp, Credit Cards add 5% to transaction. If transferred, new deposit must be paid, both deposits will be applied to cost of service IF booked within 48 hours. . Home appt please email to confirm! Consultations for all new clients are good for 3 weeks, and appointment must be booked within that time, if you book after 3 weeks a new consultation is required. Custom prices require cashapp deposit. If you book for one service and another service is NEEDED, ie Detox, that service will be an additional cost. I do not perform traditional services on hair with product buildup, excessive lint, or hair needing repairs without first performing the detox or repairs at an additional cost. Appointments after 8:30pm add $40, Appointments 8:30pm-7am add $100 ** If you are getting a style only hair must be clean, judgement of cleanliness final say is on stylist!!** ***Cancelling
