Service Description
Get a personalized, professional breakdown of what’s happening with your locs — filmed just for you. I’ll review your photos, assess the health of your locs, explain what’s going on, and tell you exactly what to do next so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. Important: This is not a live appointment. Wix will ask you to pick a date — that date simply lets you submit your request. Your recorded video will be delivered within 24–48 hours after you submit your photos and form. If you want expert eyes on your crown and straight-up guidance you can trust, this is the perfect place to start.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & SERVICE POLICY *A consultation is required for all new clients and select services. Consultations are valid for 10 days. The fee is $30 and will be applied toward your service if booked within that timeframe. If not used within 10 days, only $15 will be credited and a new consultation will be required. Same-day consultations may be available for an additional fee. *Clients must arrive with hair properly prepped. For services requiring detangled hair, it must be fully detangled prior to arrival. If detangling is needed, additional fees will apply, service time will be extended, or the appointment may be rescheduled. *Loc repairs must be assessed and may require a separate appointment depending on severity. *Clients returning after 4–6 weeks may be subject to additional service fees due to extended time and product usage. *Scalp Condition Add-On Requirement: Clients experiencing scalp conditions such as flaking, itching, or diagnosed seborrheic dermatitis are required to select the Scalp Support Add-On when booking. This service includes additional time, specialized products, and a customized cleansing process to properly care for the scalp and locs. Failure to select this add-on may result in a service adjustment or rescheduling to ensure proper care. *A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, appointments may be rescheduled. *Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments, will require a rebooking fee before scheduling again. *All fees and adjustments must be paid at the start of the appointment. Remaining balances are due at the end. *I use products that may contain natural ingredients such as nut oils and plant extracts. Please disclose any allergies prior to service. I am not responsible for undisclosed sensitivities. *All services prioritize scalp health and hair integrity. Healthy locs should never be painful. *ALL SERVICES MUST BE SELECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO ENSURE PROPER TIME IS RESERVED FOR YOUR FULL APPOINTMENT, IF ITS NOT BOOKED EXTRA SERVICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED*
