Cancellation Policy

⭐️ THE CULTURE NATURAL BEAUTY BAR – BOOKING POLICY New clients require a consultation. Remote consultations available by texting 984-296-4469. Consultations are valid for 3 weeks. If expired, an in-person consultation is required ($30, with $15 applied toward your service). If still valid, the full $30 goes toward your service. --- Children’s Appointments Children 6 and under require a consultation before booking. This helps assess hair needs, temperament, and timing. For children 6 and under, the remaining service balance must be paid in full before the service begins. If a child cannot sit still or their behavior prevents completion, the service may be paused or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. Refunds are not issued for incomplete services due to behavior. *This does not apply to children with special needs. I proudly serve special needs children — please inform me ahead of time of any accommodations or requirements so I can support your child properly.* Children not being serviced cannot attend appointments. You will be asked to reschedule if you arrive with an unserviced child. --- Deposits & Payments Deposits are required and non-refundable. No deposit = No appointment. Payments accepted: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Credit Card (5% or $5.50 fee, whichever is less). If you do NOT receive an email confirmation, your appointment is NOT booked. Email ceo@locdupwithnikki.com if you do not receive one. --- Late Policy 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes: $15 late fee. After 20 minutes: appointment may need to be rescheduled at stylist’s discretion. --- Premium Hours After 6:30 PM: +$50 Sundays: +$50 Between 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM: +$100 --- Service Requirements Hair must be clean for style-only appointments. If additional services are needed (detox, buildup removal, lint removal, repair, etc.), they will be added to your total. I do not begin traditional maintenance on hair with buildup, excessive lint, matting, or repair needs until proper services are completed. Detangling fee: $60 (firm). --- Cancellations / No-Shows 24-hour notice required. Same-day cancellation = remaining balance due before rebooking. No-show = full service fee required before rebooking. --- Thank You These policies protect your time, my time, and ensure a smooth, professional salon experience.
