⭐️ THE CULTURE NATURAL BEAUTY BAR – BOOKING POLICY New clients REQUIRE a consultation. Consultations are valid for 10 days. If expired, an in-person consultation is required ($30, with $15 applied toward your service). If still valid, the full $30 goes toward your service. --- Children’s Appointments Children 6 and under require a consultation before booking. This helps assess hair needs, temperament, and timing. For children 6 and under, the remaining service balance must be paid in full before the service begins. If a child cannot sit still or their behavior prevents completion, the service may be paused or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. Refunds are not issued for incomplete services due to behavior. *This does not apply to children with special needs.
